To provide assistance for the improvement of the ecosystem, the economy and standard of living in harmony with the development and utilization of natural resources within the Columbia-Blue Mountain RC&D Area.

Apply the natural resources - economic development connection for a sustainable quality of life.
When and where do we meet?
The Columbia-Blue Mountain RC&D meets quarterly. The meeting location rotates throughout the five county area. Meetings take place the third Tuesday of March, June, September and December.
