Eagle Cap RC&D Council Contacts

Union County, Oregon

Like other RC&D Councils, the Eagle Cap RC&D governing body is a Council made up of representatives from member organizations, or sponsors. Currently, there are eight sponsors--five Soil and Water Conservation Districts (SWCDs) and three county governments. In the future, there will be members representing Soil and Water Conservation Districts, County Commissioners, City and Town Councils, Indian Tribal Councils, and other units of local government as well as those representing public and private organizations, regional planning bodies and individuals.

Currently, a steering committee is leading the Eagle Cap RC&D Council, with three representatives from each of the three counties:
