NEWS FLASH

  Joan Smith Freeman was elected President of the National Association of RC&D's at the February meeting in Washington D.C.

She is the first representative from PacRim to be elected President of the National Association of RC&D's - Congratulations!

Pacific Rim Regional Association of Resource Conservation and Development Councils.

The Pac Rim Regional Association includes all RC&D Councils in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, American Samoa and Marianas.

The Mission of Pac Rim is to provide assistance to State Associations and local RC&D Councils to help them accomplish their missions and goals.
